I can’t believe it is February already. This month means lots of work behind the scene preparing for concerts and teaching as well as writing new music.
Last weekend I had the honour of teaching in Aust for the Clasarch Society. A great group of ladies who created amazing music on their lever harps.
On the 25th February Sasha Boldachev will be visiting the RWCMD and a harp day (including lessons with Catrin Finch, myself, Caryl Thomas and Katherine Thomas) will take place. Im looking forward to some pedal-slides and foot tapping:)
This Sunday is Celtic Manor’s wedding fayre. Come along if you are a bride -to -be or just someone who likes the glitz and glam of an event. They are usually big and beautiful.
In March and April I will be back at Birmingham Conservatoire and RWCMD teaching jazz to the harp students.
Lots of practise, lots of listening and a new years resolution to be better and more musical than the last.
