I’m sat in my office really enjoying the sunshine streaming in, practising lots of new music. I decided to work my way through the real books and give myself a foot work out on the pedalling. Some great songs have been added to my repertoire as well as starting to write my own music for my trio.
Besides indulging in gorgeous harmonies and great syncopation Ive been working on the Jazzy Christmas harp book. I love Christmas music but it’s rather strange writing it in the sunshine, it seems to be missing the cold and cwtchy side of it. Can’t complain though…bring on the sun:)
