On March 1st I was invited to represent Wales in London. A group of us Welshies travelled to John Lewis, Oxford Street and spent the day spreading the word of St David’s Day. The Welsh Assembly ‘True Taste’,organised by the lovely David Edwards promoted Welsh food products and I played for the lucky people sampling them. Perfect!
