December is going to be fun filled, starting off with Jazz carols at the College and a tour of Homes for the elderly in the area. A few recording sessions and functions later and Christmas will be here. This year I am at Celtic Manor Christmas Eve/day and Le Manoir for the New Year.
It has been a great time with my jazz studies, composing and studying for exams. My music is really enjoyable and even more so when working with my colleagues, especially with bass and drums. This week saw a composition come to life with the addition of accordion, muted trumpet, and voice with a Latin groove. It’s such fun.
Hopefully I’ll have some new recordings to share over the coming weeks…….In the meantime, happy run -up to Christmas.
